Norethisterone Prescribing Reminder

If you require Norethisterone to delay your period for an upcoming holiday or commitment, you must provide the practice with sufficient notice (at least 3-4 weeks prior).

You will be required to attend the Healthcare Assistant or Practice Nurse for a review of your weight, height, blood pressure and BMI.  Once you have attended this appointment, a GP will then call you to discuss your request.  Please note we cannot issue a prescription for Norethisterone without this information.
